I probably should get out more. Any chance I get to photograph a family during my busy schedule, I enjoy discovering new locations. Since moving to Philadelphia I have gotten to see so much just in the last year and half. Yesterday I had the opportunity to photograph this beautiful family in the Valley Forge National Park, which is free to get in, by the way. Haha. And I completely forgot to bring my national park passbook. Nerd alert! :) Kristi and John were so kind and patient as we tried to find good spots in the park, so many roads! We found this fun little spot at the Washington Memorial Chapel. Love this photo of C and his mama.
This is a gem right here. Such a sweet little man.
The other day I was reading an article full of photographs about a child's last moments alone with their parents before their new siblings arrived. So precious are those simple moments and fleeting.
Yes, snow in the spring! Thankfully the smiles warmed it up! Loved this one, too. You guys, I had a hard time picking which ones to post.
So while little C is a serious fellow, he apparently has sa witty side. That cheese!
So since there aren't any leaves on the trees and it was about mid day, I had to improvise with the shade. So beautiful.
Kristi and John are expecting a little girl. :)
Mamas are so strong. Kristi you are a beautiful and strong mama. I can tell from this. :)
I found this beautiful spot full of milky light. Such a soft moment.
I have been waiting for the day to try this pose. You guys rocked it!
One last one with little C and his mama. Thank you, Kristi and John, for letting me capture this milestone in your family! Despite the cold we made it.
