Flatirons Family Session | Boulder, CO
I could not wait to do this session, you guys. After seeing my nephew for the first time in CO this past February, I wanted to go back to be with family again. Not only did I want to capture my brother and sis-in-law again with this little squishy boy that I love to the moon and back, I wanted them to have good pictures that they could keep. We headed into the mountains of Boulder and were able to capture some really beautiful images during golden hour. I first wanted to make sure that my brother and his wife got a picture together. It's easy to forget about each other when you have kids. I like to make sure that couples still get attention. <3
In the image below little O had just woken up, but I swear he likes me. He just wasn't used to seeing his auntie with a big black thing in her face. I promise he warmed up later. ;)
That little guy has my heart and so many others. He is one loved dude.
He loves to walk. When we went camping he had a hard time having to sit in our laps most of the time. When we got home he was roaming the house like the happiest boy in the world!
There we GO! Auntie got a smile out of that little booger. And we tried a little American gothic too.
My sis-in-law is one of the prettiest women I know. So glad to have her as a sister. She is an awesome mom too. She makes little O laugh so much.
Loved this one of Michelle and Bobby. They dated in high school so they go WAY back. <3
This is my favorite grin from O. Bobby doesn't look so bad himself. ;)
You guys, I can't. They just know how to model for me.
The sun was starting to really go down so we went to the top of the mountain and finished off the session with this amazing view! I mean those hills and that haze? Ugh. CO you got my heart too.
I do not remember those orange puffs of grass but they are there and that is their color! So fun.
Another favorite.
Well that is a wrap! Love you Michelle and Bobby and can't wait for the next visit. When we do a shoot again we are somehow going to top this one.
