Calling someplace home is something we all want. Don't you think so? Sometimes it changes, adapts and takes on different faces. Some get married, others buy houses or rent apartments. All those big, happy (stressful, no lie) moments in life are kind of what defines the next page. 

So why shouldn't we photograph the moment we buy a new house? It's a big step, achievement, and sometimes makes us wonder "what did I do?!" Yet, we call it home. We make it ours and fill it with people.

I was so glad to know that my friend Kirosha wanted to have her family photographs at home in Leominster, Ma. I think it is where we are most relaxed and in our element. Especially for the kids!

This little guy wanted to be anywhere but standing there for pictures. Thankfully I am up for candid sibling moments like this. Big sis holding him safe.
